- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Some employees in administration are not willing to help you when THEY lose your package. They will confirm that THEY lost it...that's about it. No apology. They wouldn't even tell me where they delivered it to, knowing exactly where they delivered it. Took me several weeks to get someone to actually help.
